How far out do you delivery?

We are currently accepting online bookings 50 miles from our warehouse in Buffalo Missouri. If you are further out, please send us an enquiry to see if we can still accommodate you. Deliverys beyond 50 miles must meet a $500 minimum.

What is your Weather Policy?

We reserve the right to cancel any rental in the event of severe/unsafe weather. Including high winds(15 mph+), heavy rain/thunderstorms, snow/ice, extreme temperatures, etc. We will notify you before your delivery time if weather conditions are unfavorable. If this happens, the only alternative option is to move your rental to an indoor location. Otherwise we will need to reschedule or cancel. Safety is our biggest priority.

What is your Refund Policy?

• In the event WE cancel due to weather, you will receive a full refund for any amount that you have paid prior.

• You have the option to cancel for any reason. We ask that you notify us atleast 24 hours in advance before your event time to receive a full refund. Cancelations less than 24 hours won't be refunded the deposit.
